Sefton Council is seeking an experienced Social Worker for the DoLS Team in the Adult Social Care Service. You must be a qualified Best Interest Assessor and a registered Social Worker with Social Work England. The role requires contributing to the operational delivery of an effective Adult Social Care service, promoting welfare, and continuously improving outcomes for individuals.
Responsibilities- Contribute to operational delivery of effective Adult Social Care service.
- Promote welfare of individuals and continuously improve outcomes.
- Work within a team to provide support, supervision, and training.
- Apply best practice and knowledge of DoLS (Decision-Maker) procedures.
- Qualified Social Worker registered in Social Work England.
- Experienced Social Worker and qualified Best Interest Assessor.
- Professional qualifications in the social work field.
- Enhanced DBS check (Enhanced Disclosure) required.
