Position: Southwark - TM - Leaving Care Team - £45.20 p/h Umb
Location: South East London

Eden Brown Synergy are currently looking for an experienced Team Manager to join the Leaving Care Team at Southwark Council.

Duties and Responsibilities:

* Manage and supervise staff within the Leaving Care service, providing leadership, support, and professional guidance.

* Ensure care leavers receive high-quality, timely, and outcome-focused support in line with statutory guidance.

* Oversee complex cases, ensuring risks are appropriately managed and escalated when required.

* Ensure pathway plans, reviews, and transitions are completed to a high standard and within statutory timescales.

* Monitor team performance, quality assurance, and compliance with policies and procedures.

* Work closely with internal and external partners to promote positive outcomes for young people.

Pay Rate:

* £45.20 p/h Umbrella

Essential Requirements:

* Qualified Social Worker with relevant management experience

* Significant experience working within Leaving Care / Children Looked After services

* Proven experience managing and supervising social work staff

* Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and statutory guidance

* Social Work England registration
