Mobile Multi Skilled Engineer -- Commercial Building – South East London – Immediate start – Up to £45,000 (DOE)
CBW is currently recruiting an Electrical or Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to be based in a commercial estate located in London. The successful candidate will be a fully qualified Electrical or Mechanical Maintenance Engineer with a proven track record in commercial / property building maintenance. They will be required to carry out M&E planned and reactive maintenance.
Key duties & Responsibilities- Lighting (Small installation, Fault‑finding, Lamping, Changing ballast's, Control panel, Power distribution)
- Emergency lighting
- Air Conditioning – Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)
- Chillers – Re‑set
- Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)
- Plumbing – Unblocking toilets
- BMS System – Monitor (i.e. Hot & Colds)
- UPS Systems – Monitor / Take readings
- General building fabric
- Monitor mechanical plant
- Pumps, Motors, Seals, Bearings
- Monday to Friday
- 08:00am to 17:00pm
- Temp to perm
- Electrically or mechanically qualified – you must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
- City & Guilds/NVQ Level 2&3
- City & Guilds – 17th or 18th Edition if electrically bias
- A proven track record in commercial or property maintenance
- Installation experience
- Excellent customer service skill
- Honest, hard‑working and reliable
- UK driving licence needed
- £45,000 per annum (DOE)
- Company van + fuel card
