North/East London Department:
Sureserve Compliance Electrical Were looking for an experienced Electrician to carry out planned and responsive repairs across Local Authority and Social Housing properties. Youll complete lighting replacements, fault-finding, EICRs, remedials and upgrade works, ensuring all systems remain safe, compliant and operational.
Key Responsibilities Electrical repairs, fault-finding and first-time fixes Lighting installations and repairs EICR testing and remedial works (single & three-phase) Safe isolation and BS7671-compliant documentation Risk assessments and safe working practices Completing works to targets and high standards Using PDA/IT systems for job reports and certification Maintaining a clean, stocked company vehicle Liaising professionally with tenants, colleagues and management Requirements NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation City & Guilds 2391 (or equivalent)
