Mobile Vehicle Technician

Location: Hampstead
Salary: £53,720 basic plus overtime (time and a half at £35 per hour). Total earnings can reach £57,000.
Hours: 40‑hour week, shift start no earlier than 6 am, finish no later than 2 am. Schedules posted 14 days in advance; changes up to 72 hrs' notice.

• Diagnose and repair vehicle problems: engine, transmission, brake, suspension, electrical issues.
• Perform routine maintenance: oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections.
• Use diagnostic tools and software to identify and resolve complex issues.
• Keep accurate records of all work performed and parts used.
• Communicate with customers about vehicle issues and repair recommendations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Stay up‑to‑date with the latest automotive technology and repair techniques.

• Level 3 qualified Vehicle Maintenance and Repair Technician (City & Guilds, IMI, NVQ, or equivalent);
  Level 2 considered if qualifications demonstrated.
• Minimum 3 years experience in a workshop or as a Mobile Vehicle Technician.
• Full UK driving licence with no more than 9 points or bans.
• Demonstrated technical, electrical and diagnostic experience.
