This is an on-site, full-time role for a Continental Shift Technician, based in London. The role involves carrying out planned preventative maintenance, equipment installation, fault-finding, and reactive repairs to ensure smooth operations. The technician will monitor building systems, address any mechanical or electrical issues, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Additionally, the role requires working collaboratively with the on-site team, participating in shift patterns, and ensuring adherence to operational standards and procedures.

• Experience in electrical and/or mechanical systems, with maintenance and fault-finding skills
• Knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and controls
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to react quickly to issues
• Understanding of health and safety regulations and compliance practices
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
• Flexibility to work in continental shift patterns and adapt to an on-site role
• Relevant qualifications such as NVQ Level 3 in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent
• Experience in a facilities or building management environment is an advantage
