Electrical Tester

Our client is a well-established and rapidly growing electrical contractor, delivering commercial and industrial projects across London and the surrounding areas. Known for their expertise, commitment to safety, and high-quality service, they are now looking to recruit a skilled Electrical Tester to join their Temporary Electrical Services (TES) team. The successful candidate will be responsible for testing, commissioning, and maintaining temporary electrical installations across multiple construction sites, ensuring compliance with industry standards and supporting project delivery.

Electrical Tester

- Position Overview Conduct thorough testing, commissioning, and inspection of temporary electrical installations, including site power, distribution boards, and generator connections. Identify, document, and report defects or safety issues to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Perform site visits to monitor ongoing installations, supporting project teams and ensuring high-quality standards are maintained. Assist engineers and supervisors with troubleshooting and resolving electrical issues on site.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of electrical testing procedures, health and safety standards, and best practices. Liaise with site teams, contractors, and project managers to support project delivery and compliance requirements.
