Mechanical Maintenance Engineer - Commercial Building - Temple, London
Immediate start - Ongoing £25 Per Hour - Late shifts
An exciting immediate opportunity to join an established building services company based in Temple, London. CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to be based covering a commercial site. He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance alongside the maintenance team.
Hours of work- Monday - Thursday
- Monday - Wednesday 16:00 pm - 2:00 am / Thursday 14:00 pm - 12:00 am
- £25 per hour depending on experience
- Temp ongoing
- Planned and reactive maintenance
- HVAC Systems
- Emergency lighting tests
- Control Panels
- Changing Ballast
- BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold)
- Maintain and update Log books
- Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
- Pumps, motors
- Mechanically qualified City & Guilds - Level 2
- Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
- A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
- Multi-skilled
- Good communication skills
- Client Facing
