• Ensure all work adheres to safety regulations and meets high-quality standards.

• Proven experience in a similar maintenance position.
• Strong expertise in plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
• Capable of working both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Effective communication skills.
• A valid driver’s license is essential.
