Field-based role covering areas in South and West London. White goods experience and gas skill are preferred but not required.

• Perform Repairs and Installations. Diagnose faults and carry out repairs, modifications, and installations of home appliances to ensure first‑time resolution.
• Deliver Excellent Customer Service. Advise customers on correct product usage, resolve issues promptly, and maintain strong relationships with customers and support teams.
• Maintain Compliance and Safety. Work within company policies, ensure a safe working environment, and adhere to health and safety standards at all times.
• Manage Tools and Inventory. Keep van stock, tools, and equipment in good condition, safeguard company property, and report unusual defects.
• Continuous Learning and Team Contribution. Attend training courses, stay updated on technical information, and support colleagues’ development when required.

• Technical Expertise. Strong electrical, mechanical, and engineering knowledge with the ability to diagnose and fix faults.
• Customer‑Focused Communicator. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a commitment to delivering high‑quality service.
• Independent and Self‑Motivated. Ability to work autonomously, manage time effectively, and maintain professionalism.
• Physically Fit and Practical. Capable of handling and moving white goods equipment safely and efficiently.
• IT and Driving Competence. Computer literate with a full, valid driving licence and reasonable geographical knowledge.
