Multi Trade Floor Layer

Subcontractor (CIS Payment Available)
💷 Rate: £22.00 per hour (CIS)
We are currently seeking an experienced Multi Trade Floor Layer with social housing experience and basic plumbing and carpentry skills for an ongoing contract in East London.
Key Requirements- Proven experience in multi-trade work, especially floor laying, basic plumbing, and carpentry
- Social housing experience is essential
- Own van and tools are required
- Basic DBS required (can start while in progress)
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Working Hours:
8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Monday to Friday) - Parking expenses covered if over £10/day
- No fuel allowance
- Travis Perkins card provided for material purchases
- CIS payments available (written confirmation required)
- Ongoing work with a reputable housing contract
- Supportive team and structured workflow
- Immediate start available
