Mechanical Shift Engineer - Commercial Building - London - Immediate start - Temp to Perm - Up to £28 Per Hour (DOE)
An exciting immediate opportunity to join an established building services company based in London. CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to be based covering a commercial site. He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance alongside the maintenance team.
Hours of work- Monday to Friday
- 06:00am to 14:00pm
- 14:00pm to 22:00pm
- Contract type - Temp to perm
- Immediate start
Duties & Responsibilities
- Planned and reactive maintenance
- HVAC Systems
- Emergency lighting tests
- Control Panels
- Changing Ballast
- BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold)
- Maintain and update Log books
- Plumbing – Unblocking toilets
- Pumps, motors
- Mechanically qualified City & Guilds - Level 2
- Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
- A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
- Multi-skilled
- Good communication skills
- Client-facing
