Rail Electricians & Engineers - Permanent Roles

Multiple Engineering Opportunities – Rail & Transport Sector. Permanent Roles | Up to £40,000 | Van + Door-to-Door Pay. We’re recruiting for several Electrical and Engineering roles across rail stations and depots within the Northern, Thameslink, and C2C rail networks. These are permanent positions supporting a major rail infrastructure contract, offering strong benefits and long-term stability.

• GA Electrician – ideally based around the Stansted area
• Electricians – Northern Rail Stations (Reactive Maintenance) – Locations include North London, Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, and Central London
• Electrician – Northern Rail Stations (PPM & Reactive Maintenance)
• Electrician – Southern Rail Stations (PPM & Reactive Maintenance) – Locations include South London suburbs and commuter towns such as Sutton, Wimbledon, Elephant & Castle, and Luton
• Multi-Skilled Engineer – Northern Rail Stations (Fabric / Plumbing)
• Electricians – Northern Rail Depots
• Electricians – Southern Rail Depots

• Salary up to £40,000
• 20 days annual leave
• Auto-enrol pension (3% employer / 5% employee)
• Door-to-door pay
• Company van, fuel card, iPad & iPhone
• Call-out rota
  • Contractual: 1 in 4 weeks (currently closer to 1 in
    6)
  • Standby payment: £125 per week
• Overtime paid with a minimum 4 hours
  • x1.5 evenings/nights & Saturday morning
  • x2 Saturday afternoon through Monday morning
