Salary: £20 per hour CIS - PAYE option available

We are working with a growing refurbishment contractor specialising in pub renovations across London. Due to continued expansion, we are looking for an experienced Floor Layer to join their team, working on fast-paced pub refurbishment projects.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled tradesperson who takes pride in delivering high standards of workmanship within tight deadlines.

• Installation of various flooring types including vinyl (sheet & tiles), LVT (Luxury Vinyl Tile), safety flooring, carpet tiles, laminate and engineered wood (where required).
• Floor preparation including latex/screeding and subfloor repairs.
• Reading and working from drawings and site plans.
• Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard.
• Working efficiently to meet project deadlines.
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

• Proven experience as a Floor Layer (minimum 3 years preferred).
• Experience working on commercial refurbishment projects (pubs or hospitality experience desirable).
• Strong knowledge of floor preparation techniques.
• Own tools and PPE.
• Full UK driving licence essential.
