Multi Skilled Operative

Do you have carpentry or plumbing skills? Looking for a role where no two days are the same? We are looking for Multi Skilled Operatives to join our friendly and supportive mobile Building Services team. You will be required to carry out planned project tasks across various commercial sites and MoD sites. The role will involve installing and maintaining fire doors to BMTrada requirements, upgrading kitchens and bathrooms including ablutions in accommodation blocks and completing office refurbishments.

Ongoing support will be provided by our friendly team, who will offer any necessary training. So if you are looking to expand your skillset, we want to hear from you!

Key responsibilities:

Perform plumbing tasks including installation and refurbishment of kitchens sinks, baths, showers and toilets Complete rip out and refurbishment projects efficiently and effectively Install fire doors to meet BMTrada requirements (training provided) Carry out various trades including basic plumbing, carpentry, installation of hygienic cladding and brickwork Undertale refurbishment and minor works projects What are we looking for? Full UK driving licence is essential Core skill in either plumbing or carpentry Ability to complete and pass security vetting CSCS (desirable) Benefits:
