A prestigious high‑end residential property company based in Brompton Road is seeking a reliable and hands‑on Maintenance Assistant to join their Central London team. This role involves maintaining luxury residential properties to an exceptional standard, ensuring residents receive a first‑class service.

• Carry out general property maintenance across residential buildings
• Perform carpentry, tiling, and fabric repairs
• Repair and maintain doors, windows, and locking systems
• Undertake basic plumbing repairs (leaks, taps, toilets, pipework)
• Source materials from local suppliers as required
• Supervise contractors on site when necessary
• Maintain high standards of presentation within luxury properties
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and health & safety regulations

• Proven experience in a similar maintenance or property role
• Strong practical skills using hand and power tools
• Expertise in one or more building trades (e.g., carpentry, plastering, tiling)
• Basic plumbing knowledge
• Good understanding of building maintenance practices
• Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately
• Strong numeracy skills for measuring and calculations
• Professional manner with residents and stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good awareness of health & safety requirements

• Full, clean UK driving licence
• Flexible, proactive, and dependable approach
• Comfortable working in high‑end residential environments
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
