Overview
Mobile Maintenance Handyperson. My client is currently seeking a mobile maintenance handyperson to work on commercial properties based in Fitzrovia. You will have a background in commercial maintenance and great communication skills as will be working closely with clients.

- Duties will include all minor repairs from basic plumbing, changing taps, pan's, sinks, seal's, toilet furniture, small pvc pipework.
- Basic carpentry adjusting door closures, kick boards, shelving, adjusting doors, cabinets, kitchen cabinets, as well as basic wet trades, painting, changing lamps, leds, floor and ceiling tiles.
Hours 7-4 Monday to Friday.
Salary and BenefitsSalary is 40K, plus van, uniform, overtime and bonus (NO CALL OUT)
