Arcus FM are hiring an experienced Refrigeration / Air Conditioning Engineer to join our growing team, servicing a range of multi-site retail clients.

• Competitive Salary - Up to £49,767 per annum (depending on experience)

You’ll be on the road, keeping our clients supermarket refrigeration / air conditioning systems running smoothly across your patch, carrying out high-quality diagnostics, maintenance, servicing and repairs - all while delivering outstanding customer service.

This is a hands‑on, mobile role where no two days are the same.

• Valid UK driver’s licence
• F‑Gas certification (C&G 2079-11)
• Refrigeration or Air Conditioning engineering experience
• Excellent communication and time management
• A strong work ethic, with Health & Safety awareness

• CO2 Qualification
• Supermarket refrigeration experience

• The role will involve working 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday
• On-call rota: 1 in every 4 weeks
