Maintenance Operative Plumbing

We have a permanent position as a Maintenance Operative (Plumbing bias) to join our team, based at Galleons Reach, covering Southeast London and East London.

• Starting salary is from £29,000 per annum (depending on experience) Plus on call allowance
• This is a full‑time, permanent position working Monday-Friday 8am-4.30pm.

This role will deliver planned and reactive plumbing maintenance across our commercial estate, ensuring high‑quality work and compliance with statutory and organisational standards.

• Deliver commercial plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance
• Diagnose and resolve plumbing faults efficiently
• Maintain accurate job records and documentation
• Work safely and professionally in occupied and non‑occupied commercial environments
• Travel across South East & East London as required

Galleons Reach (hub location), with travel across:

• South East London
• East London

• Proven experience as a Commercial Plumber
• NVQ level 2 in plumbing & heating
• Experience working in commercial buildings
