Air Conditioning / HVAC Maintenance Engineer - FM Service Provider | Foot Mobile / London Portfolio (Zones 1&2) | Up to £52,000

Exciting opportunity to work for a family run FM service provider in London. CBW is seeking Air Conditioning / HVAC Engineers to cover approximately 60 commercial buildings in London (Zones 1&2). The successful candidate will be mechanically / HVAC biased (C&G / NVQ) with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. This is a Foot Mobile role requiring attendance at multiple sites to carry out PPM/Reactive maintenance on mechanical plant with particular emphasis on AHU/FCU maintenance.

The salary is up to £52,000 per annum depending on experience/qualifications, with overtime and further training.

• Carry out PPM & Reactive maintenance on pumps, motors, seals, bearings and compressors
• Air Conditioning – Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Units (filter changes, cleaning)
• Chillers – re-set
• BMS system – monitor (e.g., Hot & Cold)
• Ensure log books are kept up to date
• Escort specialist subcontractors
• Assist other engineers
• Offer technical support
• This is an M&E contract, so there will be very little plumbing and fabric work

Monday to Friday – 08:00 to 17:00

• City & Guilds / NVQ in Mechanical or Air Conditioning Level 2
• F-Gas Cat 1 – Essential
• Ability to provide copies of trade certificates – Essential
• Proven track record in commercial building maintenance
• Understanding of critical plant:
  Chillers, HVAC, AHU, FCU’s
• Multi-skilled
• Good communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Willing to work on a Foot Mobile basis and attend multiple sites (not a mobile role with a provided vehicle)
