A family run FM service provider in the Greater London area is seeking an experienced Air Conditioning / HVAC Maintenance Engineer. The position offers a salary of up to £52,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. You will perform planned and reactive maintenance across various commercial sites. Essential qualifications include City & Guilds or NVQ Level 2 in Mechanical or Air Conditioning and F-Gas Cat 1.
The role requires good communication skills and willingness to work across multiple locations.
