Electrician

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Electrician to deliver high-quality electrical install, maintenance and repair services across our client portfolio. The role involves carrying out planned and reactive electrical works, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations, and maintaining excellent service standards.

• Carry out PPM and reactive electrical maintenance
• Diagnose and repair electrical faults efficiently
• Install, test, and maintain electrical systems and equipment
• Complete works on lighting, power, emergency lighting, and small works projects

• Ensure all work complies with current IET Wiring Regulations (18th Edition)
• Carry out electrical testing, inspection, and certification where qualified
• Complete risk assessments, RAMS, and permits to work
• Maintain accurate records and job reports

• Liaise professionally with clients, site teams, and management
• Support other trades when required
• Respond promptly to breakdowns and call-outs
• Represent Jones FM in a professional manner at all times

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Installation
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
• Proven experience in commercial or facilities management environments
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Experience with emergency lighting and fire alarm systems
• ECS / JIB card
• Clean Full UK driving licence
