A leading facilities management provider is seeking a reliable and hands-on Night Shift Maintenance Technician to join their on-site team at a commercial facility in West London. This is a static role offering long-term stability, structured shifts, and excellent opportunities for training and career progression.

What you'll do:

Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across the site during night operations.
Undertake fault finding on building services systems to ensure minimal disruption and continued operation.
Perform basic plumbing duties including leak repairs, clearing blockages, replacing valves, and general pipework maintenance.
Support mechanical maintenance tasks such as pump checks, AHU inspections, and basic plant room monitoring.
Respond to reactive maintenance issues promptly and professionally.
Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with site procedures and statutory requirements.
Accurately log all works completed and report any issues requiring further attention. What you'll bring:

C&G or NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing (desirable) or relevant industry experience.

Experience with in commercial buildings or facilities maintenance environments.
Basic understanding of mechanical building services systems.
A proactive, dependable approach with good fault-finding skills.
Willingness to undertake further training, including the potential to gain 18th Edition qualifications. Why Apply?
