Job Title
Commercial Gas Engineer
LocationSurrey and London
Salary£45K - £55K (dependent on qualifications and experience)
Responsibilities- Carry out maintenance and repair on a wide range of commercial gas systems.
- Carry out PPM schedules and meet set KPI targets covering high end apartment blocks (communial heating systems) and offices.
- Respond to 24 hour rota for emergency call out 1 in 10.
- 23 days annual leave, company van can be used for personal use.
- Recognised industry qualifications including ACS tickets.
- Good customer service skills, well-presented and articulate.
- Ability to diagnose and repair faults on commercial gas systems.
- Experience working on HVAC maintenance contracts would be advantageous but is not essential.
- Motivated and trustworthy.
- Team player, loyal and reliable.
- Reputable and well established Building Services company specialising in M&E Engineering including commercial gas/HVAC maintenance and installations.
- Close working relationships with high profile clients meaning long term contracts and security.
- Dedicated to all aspects of maintenance and repair on a wide range of commercial gas appliances including commercial boilers/burners, oil.
- Excellent reputation for delivering quality and high standards of service.
- Excellent staff retention with employees serving over 20 years.
