Overview
We have an exciting new vacancy as an Emergency Lighting Engineer
, with clear route of progression offered to the right candidate.
Job role includes electrical maintenance and service on Emergency Lighting and Electrical Systems across West London.
Responsibilities- To complete monthly service & maintenance works
- Installation of Emergency Lighting
- Replace failed equipment, Lamps, battery, ballasts, gear trays, fittings etc. (first time rectification if under self-certified limit)
- First time rectification of failed services under self-certified limit
- To liaise with office staff and supervisors to assist in the resolving of queries
- Document all relevant information on the app
- Work in a safe and orderly manner in accordance with the current regulations
- Have a good understanding of Emergency Lighting and be able to identify/report faults
- Carry out monthly, quarterly, and annual emergency lighting tests
- Electrical qualification Diploma level 3 (MINIMUM)
- 18th edition wiring regulations (would consider with 17th)
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Experience in electrical maintenance
- Access to the company's brand new training facility
- Van, tools, mobile/tablet, & fuel card
- 23 days holiday plus bank holidays off
- Overtime regularly available
Location:
West London
Salary: £38,000
