In this role, you will perform essential maintenance tasks that ensure the comfort and safety of occupants in a commercial office building.

The Role

As the Multiskilled Shift Technician, you’ll:

Carry out scheduled electrical and mechanical PPMs in line with site maintenance schedules.
Maintain and inspect building services including electrical distribution systems, HVAC systems, and basic plumbing.
Respond promptly to reactive maintenance requests and emergency call-outs to minimise downtime.
Accurately complete maintenance records, logs, and compliance documentation via CAFM systems.
Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults to ensure safe operations. You

To be successful in the Multiskilled Shift Technician role, you’ll have the following skills and experience:

Relevant experience in building services maintenance.
Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to respond to emergencies effectively.
