Role Overview
Supporting electrical works across night‑shift rail projects, ensuring safe, efficient delivery of tasks under the supervision of qualified electricians and site supervisors.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with installation, maintenance, and testing of electrical systems on rail sites
Carry out cable pulling, containment, basic terminations, and general labouring duties
Complete LUX level readings and support lighting inspections
Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, compliant work area
Work collaboratively with site teams to meet project deadlines
Requirements
Valid ECS card
Rail experience preferred (PTS beneficial)
Experience with LUX readings
Ability to work night shifts consistently (22:00-06:00)
Strong awareness of safety in a rail environment
