As a Network Cabling Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing and supporting a team of engineers in the installation of structured cabling systems, network infrastructure, and associated smart building technologies across London and occasionally the rest of the UK. You will ensure that all cabling works are delivered to ISO 11801 standards, materials are ordered in a timely manner and daily site activities are completed, to a high quality, safety, and efficiency.

You will also be coordinating labour with the Head of Operations to ensure projects are completed within the specified time frames.

You will be expected to act professionally, maintain strong client relationships, and support the projects team by reporting progress, identifying risks, and ensuring works are completed on time and within budget.

Salary banding - £50,000 - £60,000 (dependent on experience)

• Installation & Technical Delivery – Ensure all cabling installations are completed to a high-quality standard and tested to ISO 11801 compliance.
• Installation & Technical Delivery – Work as on-site hands for deployment and network projects.
• Installation & Technical Delivery – Provide accurate test results, documentation and as-builts to the project team.
• Installation & Technical Delivery – Maintain awareness of related disciplines including Access Control, BMS, CCTV and containment installation.
• Installation & Technical Delivery – Effectively manage and direct a team of cabling engineers, allocating daily tasks and ensuring productivity.
• Installation & Technical Delivery – Carry out daily checks and ensure daily reporting is submitted in line with project procedures.
• Installation & Technical Delivery – Uphold and enforce all health and safety procedures, carrying out site inspections and proactively addressing risks.
• Installation & Technical Delivery – Support collaborative team working and ensure engineers have clear goals and expectations.
• Installation & Technical Delivery – Ensure projects are completed on time and assist project managers in maintaining budget controls.
• Installation & Technical Delivery – Manage orders and delivery of materials to site, ensuring adequate stock and logistical planning.
• Installation & Technical Delivery – Assist the Project Manager/Head of Projects in planning works and supporting project progress updates.
• Installation & Technical Delivery – Maintain excellent working relationships with clients, providing responsive, high-quality service.
• Installation & Technical Delivery – Address any client issues professionally and ensure positive representation of the business.
• Installation & Technical Delivery – Ensure all project documentation is completed accurately and distributed to relevant parties.

• Full clean UK driving licence.
• ECS or CSCS card.
• CNCI, City & Guilds, or other structured cabling accreditations.
• Experience Supervising teams and assisting with delivering cabling or network infrastructure projects.
• Understanding of IP networking and structured cabling environments.
• Ability to read and annotate PDF drawings.
• Proficiency with MS Office and project documentation tools.
