MJM Industrial is currently recruiting experienced Handymen to work at Heathrow Airport, covering both airside and landside areas.

This is a varied and hands‑on position, ideal for a practical all‑rounder with experience across multiple trades. You will be responsible for carrying out general building maintenance works to a high standard across active site environments.

The role involves working a mixture of days, nights, and weekends.

• Carrying out general building fabric maintenance, including patch repairs, minor plumbing, carpentry, painting, and decorating
• Completing reactive maintenance, planned preventative maintenance (PPM), and project work within agreed time frames
• Repairing floor and wall coverings
• Undertaking ceiling tile repairs and replacements
• Completing additional building and installation works as required
• Responding to client queries, reporting defects, and providing site updates during service visits
• Accurately completing all work‑related documentation, including inspection reports and remedial works logs

To be successful in this role, you must have:

• Experience working within a maintenance or facilities management environment
• A valid CSCS Card
• Flexibility to work days, nights, and weekends (Uplifts in place for nights and weekends)
• Must be able to provide 5 years history to obtain clearance for Heathrow.
