Mobile Maintenance Electrician

Location: East London

Salary: Up to £40,000 per year + door-to-door travel

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Mobile Maintenance Electrician to join a well-established facilities management operation, working across a small portfolio of commercial office buildings. You'll be part of a supportive mobile team delivering both reactive and planned maintenance across sites within the M25.

• Salary up to £40,000

• Ongoing training and funded qualifications
• Stable, long-term role within a secure FM environment

• Electrical maintenance across commercial office buildings
• Emergency lighting and fire alarm testing
• Minor electrical installations
• General building services maintenance
• Keeping site logbooks accurate and up to date
• Building strong client relationships on site
• Providing cover at nearby sites during holidays or absences

• NVQ or City & Guilds Electrical qualifications
• Proven experience in commercial building maintenance
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
• Good customer service and communication skills
• Full UK driving licence
