Arcus FM are hiring an experienced Senior Refrigeration Engineer to join our growing team, servicing a range of multi-site retail clients.

• Competitive Salary – £52,767 including £3,000 allowance
• Company van and fuel card – with personal use available from day one
• Full door-to-door pay - earn from the moment you leave home
• 25 days annual leave
  , plus bank holidays
• Enhanced overtime rates for additional earning – all overtime paid as time and a half
• Annual bonus (up to 4%) - subject to performance

You’ll be on the road, keeping our clients’ supermarket refrigeration systems running smoothly across your patch, carrying out high-quality diagnostics, maintenance, servicing and repairs – all while delivering outstanding customer service.

This is a hands-on, mobile role where no two days are the same.

• F-Gas certification (C&G2079) CO2 qualification
• Excellent communication and time management
• A strong work ethic, with Health & Safety awareness

• The role will involve working 45 hours per week
• Monday to Friday on-call rota: 1 in every 4 weeks
