Location:
London (Tower Hamlets) – covering London & Essex
Duration:
Ongoing work – 3 months+
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 3:00pm
We are currently recruiting for experienced Fire Door Maintenance & Repair Operatives, as well as Labourers, for ongoing works based in Tower Hamlets, with coverage across London and Essex.
Rates:
* Fire Door Maintenance Operative: £220 per day
* Labourer: £126.60 per day
Mileage is paid per mile for jobs outside of London.
Fire Door Maintenance Operative – Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in fire door maintenance & repairs
* NVQ or equivalent qualification
* Valid CSCS Card
* Basic DBS Check
* Asbestos Awareness Certificate
* Own transport
* Own tools
* Able to cover works across London & Essex
Labourer – Requirements:
* Valid CSCS Card
* Basic DBS Check
* Asbestos Awareness Certificate
* Previous construction/site experience preferred
* Able to work across London & Essex
