Electrical Maintenance Engineer - FM Service Provider - University - Southwark - Up to £45,000

An exciting opportunity to join an established building services company based in Southwark has arisen! CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for an Electrical Engineer to be based at a University located in Southwark. He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance alongside the maintenance team on-site.

This would be a great opportunity for a candidate looking to expand their knowledge and progress their career within a highly reputable FM Company. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £45,000, overtime, further training, and a route into further career progression.

• Monday to Friday
• 9 am to 6 pm
• Plenty of Overtime available

• Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)
• Emergency lighting tests
• Control Panels
• Changing Ballast
• BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold)
• Maintain and update Log books
• Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
• Pumps, motors

• Salary of £45,000

• Electrically qualified - City & Guilds Level 2 & 3 (Required)
• 18th Edition (Required)
  Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
• A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
• Multi-skilled
• Good communication skills
• Client Facing
