Permanent Engineers Wanted – Join Our Private Sector Team 🔧

We are looking for qualified, reliable engineers to join our team, delivering plumbing and maintenance services for private sector customers. This is a permanent position offering stability, structured hours, and excellent earning potential.

🚿 The Role

As a permanent engineer, you will:

* Trace and fix leaks efficiently

* Deliver a range of plumbing services, from installing new taps and fixtures to full bathroom suites

* Carry out general domestic plumbing maintenance and repairs

* Provide professional advice and practical support to customers

🛠️ Desired Qualifications & Experience

* NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Plumbing

* Knowledge of Unvented Systems & Water Regulations

* Domestic plumbing installation, maintenance, and repair experience – 2+ years preferred

* Full UK driving licence and own van (no more than 6 points)

* Clean DBS

💷 Pay & Bonus

* Basic weekly pay: £650–£750 (depending on qualifications)

* Bonus:
Any jobs over 6 per day paid at £25 per job

* Overtime call-out allowance & performance-related bonuses available

🕘 Normal Working Days & Hours

* Monday to Friday

* Standard hours: 8am–5pm

* Typically 8–9 jobs per day, with potential to take 10–12 jobs

📞 Call-Out & Weekend Work (Optional)

* Call-out rota:
Once every 4–5 weeks (Thursday–Wednesday)

     * £40 per completed emergency job

     * £18 for attending & safe isolation

* Additional weekend work:
Paid at £40 per emergency job and £25 per standard job
