Electrician

Location: Greater London

TXM Recruit are currently working with a property management company who provide a dedicated VIP service to worldwide clientele, and we are looking for an Electrician to work in their head office in London.

Salary - £42,000 - £44,000

Hours – 40 hours per week (8am to 4pm or 9am to 5pm) Flexibility when busy in peak summer months

Overtime – 1.5x and Unlimited allowed

Extras – 1 in 4 weekend which includes a call out rota (May - October)

Key responsibilities:

* Planned and reactive jobs around the offices and stores.

* This may include electrical repairs to the fixed wiring and distribution boards, CCTV systems as well as 3 phase and single units.

* Installation of new LED Lighting

* Electrical support for the HVAC and Plant room engineers on pumps, motors etc

* You will also be required to support on all general repairs around the store from fixing doors, replacing shelves, fitting new toilet holders as well as fire alarm testing, emergency light testing and other work.

Knowledge/Experience/Skills/Abilities:

* NVQ/C&G Level 3 or above in Electrical Installation.

* 18th Edition

* 2391 or Equivalent Test and Inspect certificate (Desirable)

* Full UK driving license
