Mobile Mechanical Engineer – London and Home Counties – £47,000 – Mon to Fri – 1 in 4 Call Out – £100 Standby

A mobile mechanical role with strong variety across HVAC and plant. Strong fit for an engineer who enjoys fault finding and structured mobile delivery.

What You’ll Be Doing

* Planned mechanical maintenance across a commercial portfolio

* Reactive fault finding and breakdown response

* Working on AHUs, FCUs, pumps, motors, and valves

* Plant room checks and basic system adjustments

* Minor pipework repairs and first line plumbing tasks

* Supporting specialist subcontractors and planned works

* Using CAFM to update jobs and close tasks correctly

* Supporting call out rota and escalation process

What We’re Looking For

* NVQ Level 2 Mechanical, Plumbing, or Building Services minimum

* Commercial mobile maintenance experience

* Strong fault finding skills across HVAC plant

* AP tickets as a bonus

* Good admin skills and consistent CAFM updates
