Mobile Commercial Gas Engineer

Commercial Gas Engineer – South East London

We are looking for an experienced and qualified Commercial Gas Engineer to join a busy facilities maintenance team. This is a mobile role with approximately 90% of work in South East London
, with occasional work in East London, Essex and North London. We are ideally seeking candidates based in South London for efficient coverage of our core area.

• Carry out planned preventive maintenance (PPM), servicing and reactive maintenance on commercial gas systems and plant across client sites
• Diagnose and repair faults on commercial boilers, heating systems and gas appliances
• Ensure all work complies with gas safety regulations and industry standards
• Complete service reports, compliance documentation and maintain accurate records
• Participate in an out of hours call out rota as required

• Recognised commercial gas engineer qualifications (e.g., ACS commercial tickets such as COCN1, CODNCO1, CIGA1, ICPN1, TPCP1A or equivalent)
• Proven experience working as a commercial gas engineer within a facilities management or building services environment
• Full UK driving licence
• Strong fault finding, diagnostic and problem solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
