We are currently seeking an experienced Mechanical Site Supervisor to oversee air conditioning and ventilation installation projects, primarily across London. This is a permanent position offering excellent benefits and the opportunity to work on high-quality mechanical projects.

• Supervising AC and ventilation installations on site
• Managing day-to-day site activities and ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard
• Coordinating with engineers, subcontractors, and project managers
• Ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations
• Overseeing quality control and installation standards

• Proven experience supervising AC installations (ventilation experience also required)
• Strong experience with Mitsubishi systems (essential)
• Experience with Daikin systems (desirable but not essential)
• F-Gas certification (essential)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple site activities efficiently
