Multi-Trade Operative – Kingsmead Office, London

Salary: £38,887 – £40,934 per year
• 40 hours per week

• Attending occupied or void properties to carry out construction, fault fixing and maintenance duties
• Resolving problems or initiating the means of resolution, ensuring customers are kept informed
• Maintaining a suitable van stock level and restocking these when needed
• Providing accurate and timely information on the progress of works that is easily understood by the customer

• To ensure full compliance with Building Safety legislation, candidates must be qualified to or undertaking NVQ Level 2 in a core subject (carpentry, electrical). If Plumbing Level 3 is required, Unvented G3 Certificate and Water Regulations (WRAS) may be needed.
• As part of the interview process, candidates should bring the original certification verifying proof of qualifications. Copies and CSCS cards will not be accepted.
• Experience in analysing and diagnosing problems and implementing effective solutions
• Skills in Carpentry, Plumbing or Drainage Engineer disciplines
• PC literacy and ability to use and update computerised systems (including PDA) for work scheduling
• This role involves driving on company business; a full valid UK driving licence is required

• Role salary is £37,814 with an additional policy allowance of £1,073 per annum (rising to £39,804 with an additional policy allowance of £1,130 per annum after 12 months, subject to satisfactory performance)
