RoleMulti-Trade Operative – Kingsmead Office, London
Salary: £38,887 – £40,934 per year
• 40 hours per week
- Attending occupied or void properties to carry out construction, fault fixing and maintenance duties
- Resolving problems or initiating the means of resolution, ensuring customers are kept informed
- Maintaining a suitable van stock level and restocking these when needed
- Providing accurate and timely information on the progress of works that is easily understood by the customer
- To ensure full compliance with Building Safety legislation, candidates must be qualified to or undertaking NVQ Level 2 in a core subject (carpentry, electrical). If Plumbing Level 3 is required, Unvented G3 Certificate and Water Regulations (WRAS) may be needed.
- As part of the interview process, candidates should bring the original certification verifying proof of qualifications. Copies and CSCS cards will not be accepted.
- Experience in analysing and diagnosing problems and implementing effective solutions
- Skills in Carpentry, Plumbing or Drainage Engineer disciplines
- PC literacy and ability to use and update computerised systems (including PDA) for work scheduling
- This role involves driving on company business; a full valid UK driving licence is required

- Role salary is £37,814 with an additional policy allowance of £1,073 per annum (rising to £39,804 with an additional policy allowance of £1,130 per annum after 12 months, subject to satisfactory performance)
