About the Role

Nuco Solutions are currently recruiting an experienced Plumber to work within social housing properties across South London. This role will include carrying out day-to-day reactive maintenance and planned works within occupied and void properties. A van and fuel card will be provided with this role.

Role and Responsibilities

* Carry out plumbing repairs and maintenance within social housing properties

* Reactive and planned works

* Leak repairs

* Pipework

* Taps, toilets, basins, and showers

* Work within tenanted properties in a professional and respectful manner

* Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently

* Complete job records and paperwork accurately

* Ensure all work complies with health & safety regulations

Requirements

* NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing (or equivalent)

* Proven experience working as a maintenance Plumber within social housing

* Full UK driving licence

* Good customer service and communication skills

* Ability to work independently and manage your workload
