Painter

Position: Painter (Contract)
Pay: £38,000.00 per year

Fraser Edwards are currently recruiting for a Painter and Decorator for a 12-month fixed term contract role. This role will be working in residential properties on a fixed site. Undertaking reactive repairs and maintenance works within communal areas and commercial units.

Our client is a well-established Property Management company and due to continued growth, is expanding its team. The business has continued to flourish over recent years and this new role is a great chance to be part of its exciting future.

The Role:

* Complete daily painting and decorating tasks to maintain high presentation standards.

* Identify and report any damage or wear to walls, ceilings, woodwork, or finishes.

* Plan and prioritise work to minimise disruption to residents and operations.

* Monitor high-traffic areas and carry out preventative touch-ups.

* Perform internal and external painting, surface prep, and touch-ups in communal spaces.

* Coordinate with concierge and management to ensure smooth delivery of works.

* Maintain cleanliness and protect surrounding areas during all tasks.

* Assist the maintenance team with decoration-related duties when needed.

Desirable:

* Experience working in domestic/residential properties or facilities maintenance works

* Painting & Decorating Experience

* Good communication skills with residents

Schedule:

* Monday – Friday

* 8am-5pm with 1 hour lunch break

Salary: 38k
