Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm

Job Overview

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Mobile Maintenance Electrician to join a well-established facilities management operation, working across a small portfolio of commercial office buildings. You’ll be part of a supportive mobile team delivering both reactive and planned maintenance across sites within the M25.

Key Responsibilities

* Electrical maintenance across commercial office buildings

* Emergency lighting and fire alarm testing

* Minor electrical installations

* General building services maintenance

* Keeping site logbooks accurate and up to date

* Building strong client relationships on site

* Providing cover at nearby sites during holidays or absences

Requirements

* NVQ or City & Guilds Electrical qualifications

* Proven experience in commercial building maintenance

* Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills

* Good customer service and communication skills

* Full UK driving licence
