Plumber Reactive Repairs

Overview

Plumbers required Domestic Reactive Repairs   and DA Postcodes • £40k–£45k in normal hours; higher achievers up to £50k; van, training, extensive benefits package.

Medium sized repairs and maintenance specialist looking for plumbers living in   and DA areas to join their rapidly growing team. All work being completed in private domestic properties with the successful plumbers working mainly in the DA and   postcodes, depending on where you live. There is a callout rota of 1 week in 5 and 1 day per week which is paid at a higher rate and standby.

• Carry out medium sized repairs and maintenance in private domestic properties, predominantly in DA and   postcodes, depending on where you live.
• Work on reactive/domestic repairs within private properties as part of a team to support the service delivery.
• Be available for a callout rota (1 week in
  5) and 1 paid standby day per week.
• Work a permanent full-time pattern (five days per week) with rotas up to three months ahead, Monday to Saturday as required.

• Must hold a plumbing qualification.
• Experience with in this role is essential.
• Clean driving licence is required.
• Subject to a DBS check.
• Higher rates are available for plumbers with more advanced qualifications, experience and broader skill sets.

• Permanent position, full-time, with a competitive salary; van, training and extensive benefits package.
• Potential earnings on top of basic salary (up to £50k for higher achievers).
