Overview
We are currently seeking an experienced Commercial Plumber to join our team on a busy commercial construction project in London. The successful candidate will carry out high-quality plumbing installations in line with project drawings, specifications, and UK regulations.
Responsibilities- Installation of commercial plumbing systems
- First and second fix plumbing works
- Installation of hot and cold water services
- Installation of soil, waste, and rainwater systems
- Reading and working from drawings and specifications
- Pressure testing and fault finding
- Ensuring work is completed to programme and quality standards
- Adhering to site health & safety requirements
- Working alongside other trades and site management
- Proven experience as a commercial plumber
- Relevant NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent
- Valid CSCS card
- Strong knowledge of commercial plumbing systems
- Ability to read and interpret drawings
- Own tools and PPE
- Right to work in the UK
