Reactive Maintenance Operative – Permanent – London – £40,000 - £42,000 + Van & Fuel card – Starting Immediately. We're working with a leading property guardian company who are looking for a hands-on, proactive Maintenance Operative to join their Property Services team. If you enjoy fixing, building, and maintaining properties, love variety in your day, and want to be part of a team that values creativity, collaboration, and results, this could be your next role.

• Carpentry and joinery
• Plumbing and basic plastering
• Tiling floors and walls
• Painting and decorating
• Lock, door, window, and glass fitting and repairs
• Roofing and general building maintenance
• You ll be the go-to problem solver, ensuring everything works efficiently and to a high standard, while keeping the residents happy.

• Experienced: 3+ years in property maintenance or construction
• Organised: able to manage your diary and prioritise tasks effectively
• Hands-on: skilled in a variety of maintenance tasks, both planned and reactive
• Positive and proactive: a team player who enjoys finding solutions and delivering excellent service
• Enthusiastic: keen to learn, embrace new ways of working, and suggest improvements
