Mechanical Plumber - City of London - £45,000 - Mon to Fri
A plumbing focused role on a high standard commercial building in the City. Strong variety across water systems, compliance tasks, and reactive repairs.
What You'll Be Doing- Planned and reactive plumbing maintenance
- Working on hot and cold water systems
- TMVs, valves, pipework repairs, and fittings
- Sanitaryware repairs and replacements
- Supporting water hygiene tasks and compliance routines
- Basic pump checks and minor mechanical support
- Completing remedial works raised from audits
- Updating job sheets, logbooks, and compliance records
- NVQ Level 2 Plumbing minimum
- Commercial maintenance background
- Good understanding of water hygiene routines
- Comfortable with customer facing environments
- Strong admin and paperwork completion
- £45,000 salary
- Monday to Friday schedule
- 27 days annual leave plus bank holidays
- Good pension scheme
