Foot Mobile Electrical Engineer

Position: Foot Mobile Electrical Engineer (Permanent)
Foot Mobile Electrical Engineer – Zones 1–2 London

Salary: £42,000 per annum

Hours:

Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm

Location:

London (Zones 1–2)

We are currently recruiting for a reliable and experienced Foot Mobile Electrical Engineer to join a leading facilities management company. You will work across a portfolio of commercial sites within Central London (Zones 1–2), providing planned and reactive maintenance with a strong focus on electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities:

* Carry out PPM and reactive maintenance across multiple sites

* Diagnose and repair electrical faults

* Ensure all works are carried out in compliance with current regulations and health & safety guidelines

* Maintain accurate records of work carried out

* Provide excellent customer service to clients and site staff

* Work as part of a small mobile team

Requirements:

* NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or similar

* 17th or 18th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations

* Previous experience in commercial building maintenance

* Strong knowledge of building services systems

* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

* Ability to travel across Zones 1–2 on foot/public transport

Package and Benefits:
