Mechanical Plumber – City of London – £45,000 – Mon to Fri
A plumbing focused role on a high standard commercial building in the City. Strong variety across water systems, compliance tasks, and reactive repairs.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Planned and reactive plumbing maintenance
* Working on hot and cold water systems
* TMVs, valves, pipework repairs, and fittings
* Sanitaryware repairs and replacements
* Supporting water hygiene tasks and compliance routines
* Basic pump checks and minor mechanical support
* Completing remedial works raised from audits
* Updating job sheets, logbooks, and compliance records
What We’re Looking For
* NVQ Level 2 Plumbing minimum
* Commercial maintenance background
* Good understanding of water hygiene routines
* Comfortable with customer facing environments
* Strong admin and paperwork completion
