Multi-Trader – Home Adaptations (Elderly & Less Able) – London / Home Counties

My client is a leading UK specialist in home adaptations, helping elderly and less able individuals live safely and independently in their own homes. Their team is committed to delivering the highest standards of workmanship and service, ensuring every client receives exceptional support.

As a Multi-Trader , you’ll be responsible for carrying out a variety of small-scale repairs and installations in residential homes, helping our clients maintain safe and comfortable living environments.

• Complete minor maintenance and installation tasks, including :
• Installing basins, small tiling jobs, and doors
• Fitting handrails, grab rails, and other safety equipment
• Lifting and repairing vinyl flooring and subfloors
• Replacing taps and showers
• Receive full training on all equipment and processes
• Work independently across London (M25 area), managing your own schedule
• Use a company-provided van exclusively for work tasks

• Valid driving licence is essential
• Must own basic hand tools
• Self-starter who focuses on completing tasks efficiently the first time
• Strong communication, reporting, and time-management skills

• Standard hours : 8 : 00am – 5 : 00pm (overtime available)
• Competitive pay : £20.84 per hour
