• Perform strip-out work, including the removal of partitions, glazing, joinery, and ceiling finishes.
• Assist with the dismantling and removal of high-level services.
• Ensure all tasks are carried out safely and efficiently in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Maintain a clean and organized worksite.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet project deadlines.

• Valid CSCS card (essential)
• Asbestos Awareness certification (essential)
• Previous experience in demolition or strip-out work is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of health and safety practices on construction sites.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Physically fit and capable of performing manual labour tasks.

• Arrive on-site promptly and attend daily briefings.
